Thanks Tom,
The switch is gone - only the counsel and the cover plate remain - I am
sure they are the same as I don't think they ever changed the push
button switches - Lee emailed me that he has one and I asked him to let
me know how much etc. so I may be all set - but if he decides not to
part with it I will be back at you! Dave
