[omc-boats] gobbledegook

In the last digest, Micah asked if there is a way to eliminate the
gobbledegook that accompanies these digests. Yes, there is, but it
requires cooperation from everyone who posts. You must NOT use the
reply function when you write to the group, because that will load the
entire mess from the prior digest. Instead, you must write a FRESH
message and send it. Perhaps if some instructions were placed at the
top of each digest by the master, more people would understand the
problem and how to prevent it. If you want to include a piece of what
someone else has written so that the reference to the thread is
understandable, you should cut and paste it into your new message. Hope
