Following are Three pages containing my drawing of the trolling mount.
The drawing is a very rough draft of the mount but I hope it contains enough information for you to put the drawing into.....CAD?
All of the dimensions on the mount are flexible except for the 2 angles on the flat metal piece which wrap around the exhaust housing Cover (In the drawing I call this wrap around metal piece item "B" ). The angles on item "B" need to be exact in order for the metal to mate securely to the exhaust housing Cover and attach to the Rubber Bumper Assembly.
(Note the unit is mounted to my V-6 155 Hp Stern drive unit, model HU-15S, other unit dimensions may vary)
If you need me to re-draw the trolling mount just let me know and I'll make an improved copy.
The drawings along with the photos should be a good start for someone who wants to make a variation of the item.
The mount is for use with an Electric Trolling Motor.
