Hi Justin, welcome to the list. Nice boat! To get the speedometer working, you'll need a pitot - there's none on your transom. VDO brand seems to match the original equipment. Check for the tube that runs from the pitot to the speedometer. Of course, someone might have removed the old pitot because the gauge itself was borked, but you have to start somewhere.
Also - don't forget to put in the transom plug! A standard part available at any marine shop. Happy boating.
