Haven't been able to do much work on the boat out of town for 5 days and temperatures in the mid 90's here in the Midwest. Have the floor completely out now only one or two spots were the foam was damp, I've cut them out. I'm replacing the wood from just under the front seats back. I've received advice from two separate "experts". First one says just replace with marine grade plywood and glass over. Other one says use regular plywood but seal the edges and both sides with polyester resin paying particular attention to the edges. Sand smooth and install, mat all the seams and seal the whole floor with a polyester epoxy based resin. Also read about the second method here.
Opinions anyone?
