Actually, it's Lee Hazen that lives on Old Hickory Lake. Things are fine
here,
we got a lot of rain and wind, but minor damage - limbs down, occasional
tree down. No damage here at my place. I left the pontoon boat down
by the dock and no damage there either. Just finished cutting the yard and
boy did it need it ! All that rain really was good for the yard.

I don't think the level of the lake raised more than a foot above normal. No
flooding along the shoreline this time. Didn't lose power either.

I consider myself very fortunate to live in such a safe place. We only have
two things to fear here - tornado's and ice storms (and tourists).

I hope they fix New Orleans and fill in the lowland. Plenty of dirt out in
the Mississippi Delta that could be used to fill the "bowl". Otherwise,
I fear this will happen again - and again.

Lee Hazen - Hendersonville, TN

I still have the Johnson "Surfer" available with the original trailer. Best
offer
gets it.
