Try tracing your cables back to the out drive. Some times if they get worn
or rusty they bind up in the pulleys and get very hard to move. You might
conceder replacing them if they are old or rusted to the point that they
stick in the pulleys.

It's hard to steer both ways, and if I let go it stays where it's supposed
to. I'm not sure if there is a way to service the cables, I've never had
TruCourse before.
