[OMC-Boats] sea way marine

From: Thomas Klauber <tklauber@...>

Sea Way Marine is in Seattle WA - I have bought many parts from them
including some hull parts but don't get your hopes up. I deal with Dave
Losvar there - it has been several years since I have ordered anything. Last
week I bought 2 vintage flush adapters for the older model stern drives off
of ebay. They are the end caps with garder hose fitting. I am waiting for
them in the mail. I need one and will offer the other for sale eventually.
The seller is in New York state and we got to talking by phone - his dad
"collects" old Johnson Evinrude boats and they DBA: Burt Goodnough's
Marina East; 9245 State Rt. 3; Sandy Creek, NY 13145 with email :
bgmarina@... I talked with the son Chris and told him about
this website. They may be receptive to selling some of the boats or parts,
don't know - but worth a look. I asked him for a rub rail but haven't heard
anything. Had the rogue out several times this summer and it is running
great now that I got that little thingy (antisiphon valve) in the
carbeurator filter fixed. I often think of selling the old boats and buying
some nice sleek Stingray or maybe a Checkmate but know how I would miss the
old battleax once it was gone! It still looks good in the driveway. Maybe I
will work on world peace or something else! Best wishes to all and happy
boating! TK
