Ron,

Take a look at "ANL" type fuses for high ampere applications. I've seen OMC references state 50 and 100 Amps. Go figure?

There are several ANL fuse holders that can all been weather-proofed for MArine applications. Google will bring up tons of sources.

I used an ANL holder and a 150-Amp ANL fuse to protect a second battery source that sees starter motor loads.

The nice thing about ANL is that you have the ability to use heavier gauges of wire to carry the loads.

For others, that may need to check the tilt motor BLOB fuse (OMC also used them on the alternator feed) -- I wouldn't waste time whittling away at the blob for a visual inspection, simply check continuity/conductivity with an Ohm meter or test lamp.

Lee/B.C.,
I tracked down the "blob fuse" and after carving all the "Blob" material I found what looks like a blown fuse.
2 Questions:
1. What is the Amp rating on this, I have looked through my SELOC manual and found several variations in the wiring that range from 30 A to 80 A.
2. Are these available or is it possible to install an in-line fuse of the correct A rating, and weather/temp proof that?

Actually, if you are referring to the original wheel that is not associated with the hand crank, then there should be a double ended spring latch that will hold it in place when it is down and again when it is flipped up for trailer.

The original hand crank did not have a wheel attached.

It is supposed to have a hand crank to raise and lower it!

Thanks Bill,
I thought it was something like that. Those
Parts seem to be missing on my trailer.
