Lee/B.C.,
I tracked down the "blob fuse" and after carving all the "Blob" material I found what looks like a blown fuse.
2 Questions:
1.
What is the Amp rating on this, I have looked through my SELOC manual
and found several variations in the wiring that range from 30 A to 80
A.
2. Are these available or is it possible to install an in-line fuse of the correct A rating, and weather/temp proof that?

Actually, if you are referring to the original wheel that is not associated with the hand crank, then there should be a double ended spring latch that will hold it in place when it is down and again when it is flipped up for trailer.
The original hand crank did not have a wheel attached.

Thanks Bill,
I thought it was something like that. Those
Parts seem to be missing on my trailer.
