I was able to obtain separate parts from Boats.net. I did hear from a
dealer when I was looking for parts
that rebuild kits for these carbs were never officially released (and he
didn't have the separate parts either). The earliest year Boats.net
list is 1968 and like yours my boat (Johnson Caprice ...same as Evinrude
Playmate) is a 1966. The parts (mostly gaskets) all fit so the year was
not an issue.

Here is a link that will get you to the vintage catalogs. It is about
impossible to get there from their home page and I had to do some
creative searching on a part number to get the catalog links to appear.
