yeah, how i wish you could just go to a plastics shop and get a one-
off of whatever (lense, dashboard) custom fabricated just like you
can with practically any metal object at a machine shop. And with
all the plastic crap filling the stores, you would think there would
some custom plastic fabrication shop out there. In my city there
are, but they deal mainly with flat plexiglass for sign making
stuff. I've even looked into making a latex mold and trying to
make a lense myself.....but apparently lense plastic is a special type
of plastic and anything else will break quickly. i dunno.
