jd... Despite the futuristic engineering of the Deluxe series and the apparent marching orders to re-engineer every single aspect of these boats, I would still venture a bet that they used off-the-shelf glass for the windshields.
I think that if someone took a windshield in to a vintage automotive glass expert they would be able to easily identify the family of cars that if came from. I think it is pretty safe to say that it fits in the 1956-1959 vintage which would make sense if you figure a couple of years design prior to production.
The short answer to the plexy - question is 'no'. Tooling for a one off would be just too expensive... It would probably be cheaper and easier to find the closest automotive match and modify the frame to fit that instead. Metal fabrication is simple compared to plastic or glass! The good news is that there are still plenty of these boats out there and if you break one you can probably buy a whole darn boat for what you would pay to have a windshield modified!
